I am hoping to do a Phd in Uk next year and several universities have said I have a good chance to be nominated for a ORS but since only one uni can nominate me I want to find out what the opinion of you good people if any on the dept of chemistry of this uni. I have looked at the RAE ranking and see it is 5A but I would very much like a personal opinion of past or current students of this uni. Thank You
