completed my MSc in Biotechnology (2003), form Periyar University, Tamil Nadu, India. Now I got an offer from Faculty of Medicines at (Department of Biochemistry, United Arab Emirate University) as Research Assistant. It is a four-year project (Characterization of human ceramidase protein), so in the mean time I can take my PhD. But the problem is the UAE University will not give the PhD.

So I need your help. Wethere can I register My PhD work under your guidance?. If it possible means you please send me a replay, how can I do this.
