I graduated Ms.c (Biotechnology) 3.82 and doing my work as a medical scientist for 2 years in government. I have some question if I would like to do my Ph.D in Germany, which university I will apply (I try to search, but I cann't find international course), how much tuition fees and how long to finish. I do not think that you have to look for special international courses. Search in the internet and send your application or ask if they have a position, even when there is no announcement. In Germany it is not so strictly organised in programmes, so that you can simply ask if they have a funding. There are no fees, when a position is announed then there is a funding included.
