i graduated last year with a 1.1 B.Sc computer science degree and have graduated this year with a 67% average for my M.Sc in Geographic Informtion Systems (mix of geography and IT). i would really like to undertake a P.hD in Telecommunications. i done telecommunications as part of my B.Sc degree but not for the M.Sc, would this be frowned upon when getting accepted for a P.hD and obtaining funding
