I believe some of you must have taken GRE exams. What do you think about my score: Verbal = 300 (extremely low), Quantitative = 800 (nothing could be better). Do they put much weight on Verbal part? Am I automatically disregarded from the admission only because of my verbal? Please advise! Thanks a lot.

yeah verbal score is very important, same was my situationlast year, q-780 and verbal-380, i couldnt get admission, i suggest u to take ur gre again and concentrate on verbal. all the best.

Though The Verbal is Low but It depends on your area of specialisation. In Engineering, I think the emphasis is on Quantitaive.
