HEC MBA Event - Speakers from Apple Europe, Clinton Foundation, Wendel Investments - Free Entry

G

Hey all,

There's an MBA event on the 27th of May at the BNP Paribas offices in Marylebone, London. Entrance is free and highlights include:

1. Panel discussion with high-profile speakers like VP Apple Europe, Director of Clinton Foundation, CEO/Founder of Avolus Group, MD Wendel Investments

2. HEC will be giving away two VIP tickets to the Roland Garros French Open on 30th May in Paris

3. Rotate through different half-hour sessions: a taster of a business school class, some GMAT top-tips and career switching advice

Lots of London-based professionals will be attending so will also be a good opportunity to network. More info and registration at http://www.businessbecause.com/hec.htm, or just google "HEC Thoughtbox".

Thought this may be genuinely interesting to people who are considering an MBA. Sorry if it comes across as spam - let me know and I'd be happy to take it down!

Will there be free pens?

Danboy, I was expecting a diary too?

The Thoughtbox is on the 27th May, you say? Damn! That's the same day as the Thought Shower I'm going to at the Blue Sky Thinking Event in Slough for unemployed PhD graduates who want to be entrepreneurs. High profile guest speakers include Grant Bovey and Michael Carroll ( http://img.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2008/05_02/michaelcarrollPA_228x400.jpg ). If only I could be in 2 places at once!

Wally, I'll come too, but only if you have frisbees.

There may be a few pens lying around if that's what you're after. But there definitely will be free french wine and canapes plus an evening view of London from the 6th floor of BNPP's offices :)
