Hi Frenz,

I have been offered a PhD in Electronics Engineering in a reputed University in UK, But unfortunately I do not have any funding or scholarship available as by the time I had applied most of the deadlines for the scholarships had lapsed.

I am very keen on pursuing the programme but unable to do so because of the non availablity of funding. Is it possible to extend the joining date so that I can apply for scholarships for the comming year...

Please suggest or guide me...I am completely helpless.....

In that circumstances 'I will ask em to delay my registration for 1 year or so due to some problems and also request em to consider my application for a scholarship'. In the worst case scenario you can always ask em to waive your tuition fees.
