hi :-) I am wondering when was the last time I watched Benny Hill :-)
I am having the same problem. Sometimes I feel miserable about it. I'm supposed to use the time (wisely!!!) to write down whatever I have done (before this data collection hiccup) but the truth is, I'm also having difficulty sitting down to actually writing stuff.
You're not alone. You'll be ok since your supervisor said so.
For me, my results (if based on the present data set) will not be good; its simply not enough. Not nice on a phd thesis, I would say.
So I'm struggling on, and hopefully will have more data to back up my model.

I know it's difficult for anyone to submit thesis without having the proper knowledge. The main sources are books and internet. try to solve with the help of these.
