Are you an impatient type like me who just wants to know things straight away? Or are you able to just shrug things off and wait patiently?

I'm waiting for some news and it feels like every minute is just dragging past as slowly as possible. Plus I couldn't think straight at work and ended up pissing off some of my colleagues (no bad thing, one in particular is a dickhead so was quite funny to watch him get irate because I wasn't paying the slightest bit of attention to his incessant babbling).

I think I will go to Ikea tonight to take my mind off things. Who wants to come 8-)

I'm very impatient. I was told last week that I didn't get a job, but I'm the reserve and they would tell me if the other person accepted the offer - I've heard nothing. hubby says they just won't tell me, but its making me VERY ANGRY :-s I'd also like to know how many people they interviewed as being 2/2 is rubbish but being 2/20 would be a good achievement. boooooo

I LOVE Ikea and would love to come ;-) I bow three times at the door and light a candle every time I go there.

Awww Sneaks, that's awful when they do that - wish they wouldn't bother or you're still waiting for nothing getting more and more annoyed - ring them and say is it on or isn't it cos I have a wonderful job offer ;-)

Stressed, I may not like some of them, but I draw the line at pissing on them :p

And Sneaks, it's possible the other person hasn't decided yet - I know how infuriating it is though. Have you tried contacting them to see?

Oh I love Ikea, can I come?! My friends are taking me there next week as a special treat, originally intended for my post hand-in treat (see 6mths thread, ugh) but now it's my cheer me up so I don't actually kill myself treat.

Ikea catalogue is online now, and there are some super nice bedrooms, and the wardrobe storage...ahhh amazing.

oooh not been to Ikea in ages. Really love their new ad with all the cats...makes me want to go to Ikea everytime I watch it (though will be very disappointed to find they don't have 100 cats wandering around!) I have no excuse to go as we don't need anything for the house...maybe i'll move just so I can go buy stuff!
