hi! My research is in French and German Cinema and I am currently signed on to the German and French academic mailing list services, but I can't find any decent ones for Film Studies. Would anyone have any suggestions? I would be very grateful! Thanks.

I can only suggest MECCSA list the media and comm association int he UK which has film stuff from time to time.

Why not ask people at Goldsmiths or Aber at Wales where they do film studies?

Generally media and comms list will have film stuff in it like radio tv and internet. Imp lists are IAMCR, ECREA, MECCSA

Hi Kam - I study film in a film-studies department, but I don't know of any specific mailing list for our subject. I'm very interested if there is one though, so thanks for starting the thread.

What's it for, conferences? If so I use conference alerts, and film-philosophy has some notices.
