What measures should organizations implement: in order to eradicate discrimination and stigmatization towards HIV-positive employees who lived openly with their sero-status in the workplace?

No, not at all. The research topic of my PhD research was initially: I explored the psychosocial experiences of HIV-infected
employees who lived openly with their sero-status in the workplace.

Thus, I needed researchers point of view regarding this sensitive issue.

I am in the process to submit and finalize the last chapter of my dissertation.

If you seriously want researchers input on this sensitive issue then canvassing opinions on a general PhD discussion forum probably doesn't constitute robust qualitative methodology.

If you really think forums are the way to go, you might receive more specific input from some kind of public health policy/employment law type group.

Thank you so much indeed for your input. I shall surely opt to go that route.
