I have list/table from a research report that I want to refer to in my literature review. Should I leave this until the analysis of my research section or, can I use an appendix in the literature review saying (see appendix 1)?

It depends how important it is I guess. If it's really important you should put it in the literature review, otherwise just refer to it and summarize the most important information. I think appendices are only for your own research.
