You could e-mail/write to the universities you would like to attend or who offer the PhD you are interested in a ask them? They will be able to tell you if your qualifications are good enough and if not, what extra work you need to do. Charlie.x

Your Masters should be sufficient entry qualification, but you will need to spend some time investigating possible sources of funding.

U have better prospect of funding in USA.. 5 YEARS. in uk u r good enough to take masters...our degree covers lot of thing

It wont cost to apply in UK (not much in terms of USA) so apply both place dont rely on uk but if u get funding prefer UK (3 years). If u get only fees scholarship go for it...please dont give any negative points in refernce..decrease ur chance for scholarship.

Remember it is pure luck ...ur qualification is really good so just try it
