just wondering what exactly is part time????
wuld 4 days a wekk be classed as part time and would i also pay a reduced fee?

The amount of work involved in a pert time PhD will be defined between you and your supervisor. These things can be very subject specific. Contact the Graduate Office of the university you are interested in to find out about fees.
