Hello everybody! So, I am applying for a post-doc position and I should put the award date for my PhD. I had my Viva in May, passed with minor, completed the modification and uploaded the thesis in the repository in early June. I'm just waiting for the rubber stamping.
Now: I should have the award before the deadline of the post-doc application (3/7), but the committee will meet on the 9/7 and I really don't want to miss this opportunity for a few days.

What is the award date? Can I put: completed on (date I uploaded the thesis online)?

Your award date is the date the exam board awards your PhD... so you haven't been awarded it yet. Just put that on your application - it'll be fine to say you'll get it on the 9th.
