I am a canadian national but my common law spouse/fiance(we have lived together for four years) is a british citizen. Do I qualify as an EU national in regards to university education? I know in terms of living and working in europe I am granted citizenship rights- does this apply to schooling? It makes a difference in fees- so I am quite curious.
