Hello, I just wondered...Has anyone here experienced something like starting a PhD, not liking it and quitting, and then find another PhD that is better suited to him/her? Just wanted to hear some experiences from you, coz I've got the impression the thing I am doing is not for me...not my good topic. Thanks!

I am also in the same position as you are. I am almost two years since i started my PhD but i am not sure if i have to continue or not. The thing i am doing is not for me but i can make up my mind whether to quit or to keep on with the area i dont like at all

What made you stay two years there without liking the area you worked on? Well, if I were you, maybe I would try to make my best, to stay because you are right at the end, have done two third, left only one year, you can make it. It would be a pity now. Me I am just wondering because I have started not too long ago. By the way, thank you for replying.
