Sry, was just kidding, keep it up(up)
I think you are unnecessarily taking this action/concern. It is not your job to interpret. I guess any EU university will have enough resources to interpret any language in the world, bearing in mind that english is an international language.:-s

The above gives some advice about the structure. I cannot advise you of any contents as I am not from this Area of Research.
However I think to make your proposal strong you have to convince them that you have an expertise in your area of business development and want to research a particular strategy to develop in further and practiced over since you left school.
What is your Area of Research? If you want any Helpful replies from anyone include details.....
Also What about a Sun-Visor to enhance the Super-Vision role. Probably some carrots and olives as well for a perfect vision.
Comeon ilsa they did not do it for charity but for money as they drain nearly 3500 out of every poor student and get paid
on top of it for every PhD they super-vise.
wowwwww u should be http://i42.tinypic.com/23hlwk1.jpg

Tony: Man I wont recommend self funded part time PhD. Part time is like full time in the sense that despite you have to submit thesis after 5-6 years but your mind will be pre-occupied most of the times and will affect your job and family life.
Instead, I would do Mres if you can still change Msc to or if you do not mind a suggestion.
**********************Spend that money getting Plumber's with Gas/Electricians Qualifications******************
A m8 of mine earns like 125K in London and entered into Plumbing only 3-4 years ago. Be your own Boss and Kick Racism right in the Butt...;-)
A big Hug and a Kiss on the cheeks :p
Sry one more thing.. PhD is just a start of a career not an End So there would be plenty of opportunities to make a difference.
Research is about flexibility. You cannot be Stubborn with methodologies and if you been bullied into doing something then write to the
Graduate School Appeals and Research Panel and get incentive for lost time and money. I did and won. Change your sup after that if possible and the project ofcourse.
Check this out if this is of any help to you.

It seems to be replying to all questions....lol but will stop this once I got the adviser back from the journey back from the ash cloud.
I can understand your pain TTm12. I was in a similar situation. But, please bear in mind we are not living in an Idealistic World. Perhaps, according to my personal judgement 79.99% of the people out there in universities are mostly driven by £s and Pays and get incentives forevery student they advise at PhD Level. Your Goal is a truly one in nature but the point is that PhD can still be achieved that you have proven that that particular methodology does not work and have evidence to prove that. This is quite an achievement. (up) However if you think you will regret this in future than its better to submit an Mphil thesis. You are a Genuine person and its your choice. For future PhDs you will have an advantage of 1.5yrs head start. Regards Dispatcher.(up)
That would be $19.99 each. Let me know plz.
Ohh....Haven,t you heard he retired recently 8-)
