I am interested to go abroad after i complete MCA in india.
I want to know that, can i do MS or Ph.D there. Please suggest me with a nice idea. And solve my problem.

Yes, they offer PhD's abroad.

Use google to find institutions/companies abroad, make arrangements using mail, pack your stuff and take off!!

I'm currently an international student in the United Kingdom and I've had a great experience here. I would recommend that you come here for your postgraduate studies - the progams on offer here highly individualized, I could not find the same programs in the US. A helpful website is www.postgrad.com/forums - full of useful informaiton as you begin you program search. Good luck!
