I am continuing with PCRs for 1 or 2 exons or may be more and subsequent gel electrophoresis. Hope it works.
Thanks Lindalou83! I am planning to 1) perform PCR for 5 exons 2) order some primers 3) run gel 4) if time permits go ahead with exosap.
Today I want to get PCR products ready for 6 exons. I hope everything goes well.
