What's motivating your PG studies?
N

If you are midway through your Masters or PhD, then we'd love to hear from you.

We know Masters and PhDs require a bucketload of motivation and determination, and we're on the hunt to find out exactly what is getting you through hours of dissertation writing or days of experiments!

Do you drink coffee by the bucket? Have a work schedule filled with film breaks? Or simply look forward to a night seeing your friends?

On FindAMasters and FindAPhD, we'll be sharing our motivation photos and tips with you, and we'd love to hear what's powering your dissertation (#poweringmyMasters) or thesis writing (#poweringmyPhD). Simply share a photo of your motivations onto one of our Facebook pages.

Best prospective PhD book??

Hi sivvy,

It's not a book BUT there is a bit of an overview (and some links for funding etc) about PhDs in Australia here:

Most of this is specific to international students moving to Australia for their PhDs, so apologies if you are Australian (but hopefully some of this will still be of some use :) )

Good luck with your PhD search!

If you are thinking about studying for your PhD abroad, then why not read this useful article about Erasmus Mundus doctoral training!

Offering funding to around 250 students each year, this funding offers students the chance to study your PhD abroad, in Europe and beyond.

And if anyone is currently part of the Erasmus Mundus training, then we'd love to hear how this programme has worked for you!
