6 hours doesn't sound too bad - remember that research councils put a cap - maybe 5 or 10 hours per week? Including prep. time.

Maybe 5 hours per week small group teaching, then a few lectures as well dotted around. Lots of lab demonstrating too.

They make me try very hard.
