im not an expert but i would say you have left it too late as most of the commities have all but decided on who is going to study, although i have heard that some PhD courses can start in Jan too, plus you can always apply for next year
im curious how much an average lecturer makes as its something we would all be qualified to do as Dr's so anyone no?
i dnt think all this is cheap but surely these people have a part time job
and do you borrow money from the bank? if so how hard was it to get this loan and whats the APR
although i think this forum is a great resource and have found reading through alot of the material helpful i still feel there is room for improvement in terms of this forum
anyone think maybe a live chat room or some kind of individual profile system may be good as im just nosey and want to no more about who is replying lol
is it ok to criticise or is that me blackballed lol
lol it was an axample like that i was looking for and i wonder how many more people use these tables as a way of helping judge a student
for a start i bet every single student has checked to where there university lies
these levels of debt you are in is making my mouth drop to the floor! what are you guys in debt in terms of sterling? way i see it a uk self funded student pays about 3.5k a yr for fees = aprrox 10k so and about another 10k at most for rent so total 20k
but surely you would have a part time job to help cover costs even a few hours a week making about 10k for the 3yrs so what the hell is all this debt about
thats not even counting the fact some people get grants and all that jazz
maybe im way off and over simplfy but i just dnt seem to be in agreement
hi there BB was wondering what social science based field u are researching in
does anyone think that the university league tables matter?
i try not to pay much attention to it as i feel a degree is a degree and so forth i wonder though if employers pay any attention to it as even if they did its not like its something most employers would no off by heart
your thoughts please?
