Hi
I withdrew from my PhD in 2011, due to a chronic health issue. I was halfway through it (had finished the coursework and the first paper), so would like to return to the same programme (which the University allows). But I don't know how to approach my former supervisor (whom I disappointed too many times) nor which strategy is best to regain the lost knowledge in as little time as possible.
All advice is welcome, as I'm truly lost.
