I perefere to study in geneva university in Suisse.My grade in BS is 14.97 from 20.is it possible?

I have graduated in the major of General Biology (BS) from Shiraz University .My husband is a PhD student in the major of particle physics and is going to come to CERN for his research so we are going to come to France.
I would like to know is it possible for me to continue my study in M.S?? And How?
