Well, I am now thinkg what it will be like after the problem solved(regardless it is good/bad to SarahM)... the relationship with your boss... em... could it be a reason for you to step back? or a trouble for thesis revision etc.?
em... sometimes, doing research is only taking less than 50% of your research life...

well happily ive just come out of a meeting and its all out in the open and sorted.I think honesty is always the right policy and my supervisor was really good today. Just shows how sometimes things seem really bad and one simple meeting can sort it out!!
