Olivia, thanks! I have got the list of external and internal opportunities sent by John Hopkins. While I am considered for internal scholarship, I still don't know their decision. As far as external opportunities are concerned, I am not eligible for almost all of them, perhaps one might be suitable. The reason I am here asking for advice is to increase a number of alternative options in case I don't get internal scholarship.
Loans - this is something I would like to avoid because of number of reasons. Teaching positions - they are possible only after 6 terms at John Hopkins.

I have got admission to a PhD program at John Hopkins School of Public Health, USA. I am now searching for a full scholarship to cover tuition fees and living costs. I have gone thru most conventional scholarship databases, but I am in a particular situation that being a national of Uzbekistan, living in Europe and being 34 years of age I have not seen anything I am eligible for. There is no foundation/organization/etc which provides funds to Uzbek nationals. The Uzbek Government does not support PhD students. Living and working in Europe does not give me rights to apply to scholarships open to European citizens. Any idea what else can be done? Will really appreciate constructive ideas and advice. Thanks!
