I think it depends on what you want to focus on. I have been working in the startup world for a while and wasn't thinking about an MBA till I saw the Technion Start-uP MBA in Israel program. It is focused on entrepreneurship, innovation and technology management which is right up my alley. Plus I am interested in maybe spending time in Tel Aviv which is where most of the start ups from Israel are based. Basically I think you have too see what fits your needs best.

Seems like you have the same dillema as me. I focused on my career so my scores were lower. Lucky for me I found the Technion Start-uP MBA which I am excited about. They focus on your professional expeirence and not just grades. I really like that most Israeli startup owners came from the Technion too.
