I completed my phD last year and was lucky enough to have several journal publications to my name. I could have probably had more publications based upon the last few chapters of my thesis but at the time was too focused on getting the thing submited. I've recently discovered that my supervisor has won an award for an article they published, the results of which, look like they have been taken from my thesis. I'm not too happy about this and don't know what to do. Haven't spoke to my old supervisor yet as i'm no longer at uni. Surley I own the copyright to my own thesis and even my old supervisor should have acknowledged this. Any ideas?
