Hi all. I'm just wondering if anyone's used coloured cap inserts on cryovials before and whether they are a standard size that will fit any 2ml round bottom vials. I'm using sterilin vials.

My interview lasted about an hour. But then I had 4 interviewers.

Have I scared you? Don't worry, it was quite informal and very lively. Initially they were, I think, trying to sell the project to me. Then they asked me specfic questions regarding my skills and background. I was also asked why I wanted to do a PhD towards the end. Overall, if you're confident and know your stuff you'll be OK.

I'm in pharmaceutics. The actual project is multidisciplinary though.

Hi all. I've just started my PhD. Everyone around me seems well motivated and supportive which is great. But I can't help having niggling fears at the back of my mind.
