Hi all
Two questions:
1) Which is considered the more prestigious degree - a PhD at University of Central Lancashire or an MA at Cambridge?
2) Is a PhD at University of Central Lancashire equivalent in stauture to a PhD at Cambridge?
Wanted to gauge opinions.
thanks all
My subject would be the Built Environment. I believe that Salford's dept is 1st in the country in that subject area and has been consistently (?) over the last 5-10 years but theres also the more global appeal of Manchester. Any comments?
thanks everyone
Hi all
Do all universities in the UK (and indeed around the world) offer distinction as I know people who have received a merit and others who cant get merits and wondered whether some universities dont offer distinctions and it is just pass/fail at masters level?
Also is it pass/fail at PhD level or are there merits and sitinctions there?
thanks all!
