Thank you very much :-D PM sent!
Hi guys,
I was wondering if anyone has access to the following article?
Grinyer, Anne (2006) Telling the story of illness and death. Auto/Biography, 14. pp. 206-222
Hope you can help (up) Thanks ,-)
What a great idea! I'd have a look on the PhD Comic website (http://www.phdcomics.com/comics.php) in particular the most popular ones, they have some great quotes and pictures... also you can buy ready made tshirts etc although they are fairly Americanised.
Any teaching/mentoring undergraduate students available in your department? Some nice transferable skills there, not just teaching (teamwork, communication, assessment... etc)
I've always used Audacity, works very well (and free) :-)
Ouch... not a good situation to be in :-(
After 3 years it seems a real shame to leave it, how much have you got left to do? Could you get a full time job and attempt to get it finished in your spare time?
Any other possible funding opportunities?
My experience (Durham) was that I had the interview 20th Dec, was told that I would hear in the New Year, then I received a phone call 2 hours later... !
Then we went through the formal processes of accepting verbal offer, getting written offer, accepting written offer, references, registration... etc.
Hi Marie, I'm at Queen's Campus, School of Medicine and Health!
Slightly worried now Mackem!
