The questions after the scenerio. A page are really confusing. Not really sure what it's asking
Is someone talking to themselves here? DanB? Danielbrown? (sprout)
What's the reason for this exactly? Surely you make the choice which sites you visit by typing their address in the browser. Is it just an aid to stop you procrastinating?

Also, if it bothers them they can email her rather than trying to publicly humiliate them. Also, I've worked out who it is from a nearly identical line from on here
I thought it was out of order. Especially that it was obviously a joke.
Plus I'd be offended - "There’s a fine line between irony and stupidity"
OK so which idiot posted something on her site? Moron:-s
The One Goal Thread? Is this about the England football team? :p
haha, this is funny! I could do with a coaster to avoid anymore watermarks on my desk.
It's hardly like they started a post looking for writers to be paid in pens. It was just put out there as a opportunity to anyone who would like to contribute. You all procrastinate on here anyways so you might as well!
I agree with that. I don't think all sites should be modded. Theres a fine line sometimes I suppose

But would Google allow Yahoo to advertise on their site?

Hey guys,
To be fair the T&C's do state:
Posts which:
* contain personal insults
* are purposelessly inflammatory
* can be interpreted as advertising or spamming
* advertise postgraduate courses, PhD places, Postdoctoral or other academic positions
* or are otherwise deemed inappropriate by the Postgraduate Forum
will be removed.
Theres nothing worse than people provoking an unnecessary reaction which ends up steering the topic away from its original point.
Also, jobs.ac.uk is profit making, its just based at a university (hense gaining the ac.uk suffix)
I think 'VeryPoor' means this is a 'Post' Graduate Forum.
Hey Ann, I just checked it out on the Forum rules and it says "Posts which advertise postgraduate courses, PhD places, Postdoctoral or other academic positions will be removed".
