really depends on what you are gonna use your samples for, personally i'd dehydrate prior to freezing as any water is gonna rip the cells apart when ice crystals form. but then again just depends what you're lookinbg at, gross structure or cellular processes etc
Well having just completed my transfer report for my first year here at cardiff (first year viva tomorrow arghhhhh) i could give my opinion. My first year report went - Contents (inc list of tables and figures), abstract, Intro (lit review in this covering anything you will mention later and any essential info), Aims, Materials and methods, Results, Discussion and conclusions (inc future work and how it relates to whats been done), Acknowledgements then finally references. As a guide our reports are meant to be between 30-50 pages size 12 double spaced excluding references but suppose lenght depends on project and subject. (mine was 65 pages i think) Oh by the way i do biochemistry/biophysics. Hope that helps

he has been fined 24k (about two weeks wages) and may face a lengthly ban. Current football legislation doesnt allow punishment to be imposed retrospectively if the referee takes action at the time. althought he FA are looking at making an exception, also Greater manchester police are investigating ftetr complaints and will be liasing with pedro mendes and the football teams.
still a baby it seems, im 25 in three weeks, and just after i'm off to cardiff to start an adventure called a phd, arent i a big boy now!!!!yay, well at least i know one or two people when i go to cardiff (they know who they are im sure, im far to hard to miss )
