Well, in the name of world peace, I've personally voted for H and Olivia.

Correct. It is intended to highlight the best and most useful posters. If someone posts a question, or requires some advice, and you respond in a helpful manner they can vote for you as a "helpful user". We felt this was the best way of rewarding our best and most loyal posters.

So how did you decide how many stars we should start with?
