This question arises in my mind, that an entrepreneur needs to be specialized in all streams of Management. So what will be the best specialization for him. Is it Marketing, Finance, HR or Operations. I personally believe that it also depends on business to business. If your business is Customer oriented then marketing will be good, if it is product based then may be operations is better. But it is always difficult to decide what is best.
You can overcome stage fright by looking into the mirror and making a speech to yourself. This practice daily can help you easily overcome you stage fright. Once you are confident, gather your family and friends and make speeches in front of them. These small practices are easy and wont take much of your time. it will help you be more confident and there will be no traces of stage fright left.
First of all dont panic and calm down. Once you calm down you can think straight and half your problems are solved there. You can take advice from your seniors as they have been there and done that and will be able to guide you perfectly. You can ask them what can be done. Take a day off, get your thoughts in lace and then you will be in a position to perform better.
Do something that you enjoy doing and that you want to do. It will be easier for you. if you are going to stress yourself so much and let your health be affected, it is never worth it. That is my opinion. But you are your best judge. you know what your limits are and how much you can push yourself. Do not worry, be calm and take a call. It will all be for the good.
Last Sunday was Fathers Day. I always make it a point to celebrate this day with my dad. He has been my pillar of strength, my teacher, my friend and my guiding light whenever i go wrong. He taught me to lead a beautiful life and whatever I am today is because of him. I hope once in a while we all make our dads feel how important they are to us and we shouldn't always wait for occasions..cheers!
Business Management has subjects which cant just be learnt and then its done. It required application, reasoning and deep understanding. To develop these analytical skills business schools include a lot of case studies in their curriculum. These case studies are of different types from different industries. There are a lot of business Management magazines and books having these case studies. A student wishing to pursue Management should read these books as it will help him a lot in the future.
It is good to see Positives shared in this post. It is inspiring for people who wish to do a phD. And I really love the 'Cake Friday' idea. Thanks for sharing it. It can not only be used for PhD students, nut also for groups of similar interests. It brings out a great positive output in such meetings, and the energy you get while meeting such like minded people, is the Cherry on the Cake!
This is a good idea. Giving yourself a goal on a public platform makes you want to achieve it. Well my goal for this week is to complete my work on time and spend more hours on it. This way i will be more organised and at ease at the end of the day. Let me see how much do i follow this.
There are Nursing courses which can be done. They are short diploma courses which can be done by you. But you wont be able to do a bachelors or masters in Nursing or Medical Science. If you want Nursing as a profession you can opt for these courses. But it wont help you enter into a full fledged medical science career.
You could use 'with respect to'. Well even i cant think of any more, but i guess this can fit depending on the sentence. You could use a thesaurus to find our some words and then try and see if there are any phrases related to it. Good luck with your search. Please post if you find some more.
The scope is wider if you do MSc in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. The logistics market is really doing well and you could even study that and start your own business. The course is good and you will be able to make a good career in it. So in my opinion you could choose this course.
I think both of you'll can talk and take a matured decision. I think you can go ahead and your partner can join you, or you could work for a while and not settle permanently in the new place. It is common these days to have long distance relationships due to studies and work. So dont worry, things will work out well. You need to have a good understanding with your partner regarding this.
It is very difficult to find work when you are out of it. So stay where you are and keep trying. It is difficult to have patience, but you need to just hold it and all will fall in place. Your case is really sad and I am sure your strong and will face it well. Good luck.
A lot of people get back to studies after a break and its not that difficult. After some initials hiccups, who you easily get into the flow and have no problem coping with essays and your course also. So dont worrying. Staying calm and confident will solve half your problems. Start with reading and then writing so you will get used to it.
You cant turn back time but you can hope for the best. It is advisable to not let stress affect you in such a way that your performance goes low. Never let it come between you and your grades. Yes, the weight-age is equal so all you can do is hope for a good result. Also learn from your mistake and not repeat it again.
