Sorry that my first language is not English. I need help! My submission is due on 30/05/2011. I have three supervisors. Two of them already gave me their final comments on my thesis. But the third one didnt get back to me yet. I send my final draft to him on 11 May. when and how should I ask him to return the chapters with corrections? I am a bit nervous as the days are running and I am close to submit. What is the most polite way to ask him thru e-mail.

Dear friends,


This is my first thesis submission ever in my life!. I got all the corrections and comments done on my thesis and now its ready to go to the printer. But while giving me the last draft of my thesis, my supervisor asked me to do spiral binding rather than hard copy binding and he mentioned it will be easy in case there is some corrections. I am really worried about this statement now. Does it mean that my supervisor already know that I am going to get major corrections ?? Since I heard it from him I cant sleep and eat properly.What do you guys think? If he feels that its going to come back with corrections why is he not helping me to correct it now itself ????

I have a quick question :(. I wrote an aknowledgement of 2.5 pages for my masters thesis. Does it sound too long??? My whole thesis is of 92 pages :(

Really a very helpful tip. I am a victim of "sitting". In this two years of my M.Phil I completely spoiled my neck and back. I got at least 8 knots on the back of my shoulder. I have been writing my thesis lying on my bed with the help of a pillow. So Pls pls pls consider wht Bejas told. No research is worth your health and life!...

Upto my knowledge it is enough polite. The person may be busy or stuck with something else.
