My boyfriend recently introduced me to "Lost" series. He has downloaded all the episodes and I started watching them during the last week that I was ill in bed. I watched the first series but the plot doesnt seem to go anywhere. I am curious though as to what happens next but I do not have the time (and the patience) to watch the next bit. Does anyone know what it is about and where all this leads?
Hi all! Today my bf is left for 1 week (to America) with his colleagues (men and women) from the company he works. PhD related issues made it impossible for me to join (I also think that I should give him some space now and again) but the thing is that I caught myself feeling overly (!) jealous about it. I am not showing it to him but I really don't feel comfortable with the idea! On Friday night they will also have a big party there! Do you ever feel like that? Am I unreasonable?
I agree. Iron has helped me too. Although it takes 1-2 months to see the results but iron supplements do work. I went to a dermatologist for my hair loss a year ago, and what she suggested apart from taking iron supplements and vitamins was massage the scalp each time you shampoo, reduce the use of hairbands for the moment, use a good special shampoo for hair loss for 1-2 months and drink lots of water for healthy looking hair. I think a combination of all these works great! My hair looks much healthier (and shiny) now. I hope this helps!
Basically I have to make some faces either bald or cross eyed or in general add distinctive features in them (glasses, scars, bruises, blemishes etc). The burn tool doesnt seem to help a lot in these cases and copy-paste from pics on the internet using layers doesnt help either (different pic resolution). Do you have any idea?
I agree with DanB. I met my fiancee online (I just typed english on skype) and out of the 10000000 names that appeared I shose my fiancee's name completely at random. I actually wanted to talk to a british person just for fun while being a masters student in another country (feeling terribly bored) because I loved the english accent (being used to watching american movies, british accent sounded rather exotic to me ). This online chat went on and on... after one month we decided to meet, after 6 months i decided to move in to england with him (where i m doing the PhD) and after 2 years we got engaged. It is possible, but I think you approached the whole issuein a completely wrong way....
Maria, you may mean that there are cultural differences between greeks and english but this is the case for all foreigners in this country. I am sure my fiancee's family find some things we use to do in Greece "different", and even my fiancee finds some of the things I do highly amusing but apart from that.....! And to be honest I dont think that english care so much about where you come from.. its rather us (greeks) who can be close minded and rather xenophobic (greek word, i am not sure about the spelling in english )
